A reward is the best incentive for children to learn and improve their positive behaviour and performance. The reward system, made up of cards and stickers, makes this visually impressive and clear. The teacher gives each child a card that has space for 10 or 15 stickers. As a "small" reward, the children can each choose one sticker to stick on their card. If they fill up their card, they receive an award.
